Jamarrel Rayshad Vaughn is a heroin dealer in my city.
The Summer of 2014 was spent taking the bus because
he refused to respond to insurance adjusters information
requests concerning an auto accident he caused. The police
report pdf file of the accident is the source for all JRV material.
